I
cooked my first meal, chicken Marsala, at the age of 7. From
that moment on, cooking would always be a big part of my life.
Upon completion of High School (The North Shore Regional Culinary
Program), I continued my education at Johnson and Wales University.
After managing two large restaurants in the North Shore and working
every holiday imaginable, I was offered a job in the computer industry.
During this time, I also formed my own mobile disk jockey/karaoke
company. You should hear me belt out a Garth Brooks tune!
As
The Traveling Chefs I am able to combine my love of cooking with
my desire to make people happy.
